In varied lessons (80 - 90 min.) I teach yoga in groups of 10, which strengthens your body and your inner being and makes you more flexible.
Meditations and breathing exercises are an integral part of the yoga lessons and serve to focus, balance and relax at the same time.

Members who are marked with the letter "K" have been included in the health insurance list of the Swiss Yoga Association. This means that they have demonstrated basic medical knowledge and undergo further training every year in accordance with the association's guidelines.
