My name is Franziska Killer and I am a passionate

yoga teacher and hypnotherapist.

I discovered yoga in my mid-twenties and regularly attended QuiGong and TaiChi classes. It wasn't until much later, in 2016, that I wanted to dive deeper into the world of yoga and did my first yoga teacher training in Zurich. From the 'I want to know more' the desire to share what I had learned quickly grew and so I started teaching yoga.

During my 300 h advanced yoga teacher training, there was more focus on the topic of meditation. At the same time, I went to hypnosis therapy and found out how much easier it was to sink into meditation.

So the thirst for knowledge about hypnosis and the various depths of the subconscious had grown in me and I completed the OMNI hypnotherapy training in 2019.I’m an experienced and passionate yoga teacher and with the OMNI Hypnosis training with Hansruedi Wipf I have deepened my knowledge of the different levels of the subconscious and learned the many wonderful possibilities of hypnotherapy.

Since then I attend regularly further trainings in yoga and hypnosis therapy.
